Guests have a variety of restaurants to choose from with local and international dishes being freshly prepared by the highly trained chefs. Lighter snacks and drinks can be enjoyed from one of the bars.
The 'Jesters Restaurant and Lounge' serves culinary delights from the Pacific, and is open Sunday to Thursday 18 00 - 01 00 and Friday and Saturday evenings 18 00 - 02 00. Cantonese specialities are available from the 'Mei Jiang' restaurant, and is open everyday during the week for lunch from 11 30 - 14 30, except Sundays's and public holidays when it is open 11 00 - 14 30. Dinner is aavailable between 18 00 - 22 00.
'The Lobby' is open for breakfast 07 00 - 11 00, light meals during the lunch time periods, 11 00 - 14 00, afternoon tea 14 00 - 18 00 and Dinner is served daily between 18 00 - Midnight. Drinks are also served here, until the bar closes at 01 00. The hotel also hosts two more bars, 'The Bar' provides live music whilst you enjoy a refreshing drink or pre dinner cocktails from 17 00 - 01 00, and the 'Pool Bar' which serves drinks and light snacks.
